The Spartans the Final Stand is a trivia game based on the novel, Spartans. The novel tells the story of a plucky little dwarf who lives in a Southern idyll and his unlikely heroics are the stuff of legends. The game features a high level of strategy that keeps players hooked on their score while they are trying to clear all levels. The game features nonstop fun and entertainment. In order to play this game, you must download the 'Final Stand' version from the publisher's official site. It can be found by searching for the game at the web search engines or your favorite search engine. Once downloaded, you can run the game using Windows or Mac compatibility software. You can also view it using Internet Explorer if you prefer using that browser. For those with slow Internet connections, a higher-quality connection is recommended. Once started, the game displays an introduction slide of the main theme and then the minigame. This minigame takes you through all the stages of the novel with various challenges for you to master. The objective is to complete each level without falling prey to the various traps set out by the antagonists of the novel. There are a total of 13 levels to this adventure. Players earn points during play and once a player reaches a set number of points, the game will be over and they are eliminated. The game has a leader board and a leveling system that awards point based on the player's performance. If you reach a certain number of points, you move to the next level. Each level comes with a different assortment of characters and special tasks that must be completed before moving on to the next. The game is divided into three parts. The first part, known as the prologue, introduces you to the game's main characters and how the story is related to your quest to reach the final level. Part two deals with solving puzzles, which are primarily focused on a single character's problems. The last part of the game deals with completing the puzzles while avoiding death. Points are given for completing each level and advancing to the next level. In my opinion, the game's difficulty level varies on an easy to hard scale. Some of the puzzles may seem quite difficult at first but as you progress through the game, their difficulty level tends to become less challenging. Additionally, this game comes complete with an audio version of the novel's main theme. The characters in the game have their own unique traits and the environment provides an extra challenge to players as well. As such, the game's difficulty level varies depending on how a player approaches the overall plot. Throughout the game, the story is told through journal entries kept by each of the game's characters. This adds a bit of depth and helps flesh out the characters that aren't shown throughout the game's storyline. Spartans the Final Stand follows a detective-style format, though I haven't fully explored all of the characters and events that are within the game yet. In my opinion, Spartans the Final Stand is a fun game to play. It's not too different from other point and click adventure games, but it does add a bit more detail and complexity to the plot. Graphics are fairly good and the game runs well. The one negative point that I noticed is that there wasn't much of a storyline to speak of. Other than that, though, this game is worth checking out. The story is set in 20th century America during the time when the infamous Spanish flu was rampant. As a result, there are a variety of people that become infected with the flu. The game covers a few different angles of the outbreak, focusing in particular on a quarantine area in Texas. Players get to take on the role of doctors, nurses, and others working in the area. The story line is interesting, though it may not be enough to draw you in for additional playing. The characters include many notable figures from history. Some of the individuals come from historical events while others are simply from the present day. Characters include Abraham Lincoln, Gettysburg, and a number of figures from the Civil War. The game allows you to use a journal to keep track of your progress throughout the game. Players can also use online chat to communicate with others and to give feedback on various aspects of the game. The Spartans the Final Stand looks to be a fun and exciting game. It captures the wonders and excitement of war in a manner that will allow you to feel as though you are a part of it. If you have an opportunity to check out the game, I would recommend it.
